Our Community:

Founded as both a support and advocacy organization, Mothers & More has been on the forefront of a "mothers Movement" since the '80's, advocating for business and government policies that recognize and support the critical social and economic work all mothers perform as primary caregivers.

The primary goals of our advocacy program are; to raise consciousness, in mothers and others, about existing social, economic and cultural conditions that have an impact on mothers and to ensure economic and social equality for all mothers.

Our chapter is committed to giving back to our community.  Our past and current community outreach programs have included free car seat safety checks, food pantry collections, Angel Network clotheing collections, blood drives, Mutual ground/Hessed House supply collections and events at The Tillers Retirement Center.

Our Members:

• Our Care Coordinator works closely with chapter members to set up "Meals for Mom".  Meals are planned to help moms welcome home new babies and recover from illness or surgery.
• Our members provide each other with a helping hand, an open mind and a shoulder to lean on.
